SRT does not march on 42 tourist-commercial vehicles

SRT does not march on 12 tourist vehicles and 30 commercial trains from January 9 – February 28, 2021, passengers can return the tickets for full price. To avoid traveling during the COVID-19 epidemic

Today (8 Jan 2021), Mr. Nirut Maneepan, Governor of the State Railway of Thailand revealed that according to the policy of the Commission on travel avoidance in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection 2019 (COVID-19), the State Railway therefore announced the suspension of tourist vehicles that operate on a regular basis every Saturday – Sunday, totaling 12 trains and 30 commercial trains from January 9 – February 28. 2021 contains

Do not walk on 12 tourist trains

  • Special vehicle for tour 997/998, Bangkok-Plutaluang-Bangkok
  • Special fleet for tours at 909/910 Bangkok-Namtok-Bangkok
  • Special fleet for tours at 911/912 Bangkok – Suan Son Pradipat – Bangkok
  • Special Tour Convoy No. 915/916 Kanchanaburi – Waterfalls – Kanchanaburi
  • Special vehicle for tour 921/926, Bangkok – Khok Salung – Pasak Cholasit Dam – Bangkok
  • Special train convoy at 923/928, Bangkok – Khok Salung – Pasak Jolasid Dam – Bangkok (2 way)

No walking on 30 commercial trains on the north line, the north east line, the southern line

Northern Line (8 trains)
