The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will lead the development of strategic partnerships with leading beauty brands, organizing innovative marketing programs and campaigns in collaboration with buyers and the global team. This role will be instrumental in implementing new ways of working internally to drive brand visibility around the world while helping brands to scale to drive faster and better. He will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business goals, and achieving measurable results in brand growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate relationships with leading beauty brands to establish strategic partnerships.
Develop together with brand teams the ad hoc marketing plan ensuring the maturity of the brand, identifying the right strategies and tactics to reach brand products in the market.
Define with the Merch and brand teams the KPIs for the annual planning, including the budget to be allocated behind the main growth drivers.
Coordinate the cross-functional team to ensure planning and execution for timely implementation
Analyze, measure and report on the success of such partnerships with brands and management. Delivery Post mortem after implementation identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
Align with a global team and look for best practices from other markets.
Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is required.
At least +12 years of advanced experience in brand marketing, solid marketing skill, experience in related consumer goods sector or beauty industry.
