Job description
- General porterage activities including answering and forwarding calls as well as mail and key management
- Visitor receptionist and first contact person for customers, guests and employees
Working hours: Monday to Friday, various shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Qualifications
- Legal age (at least 18 years)
- impeccable reputation (no criminal record)
- very good knowledge of spoken and written German
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage
- Safe use of the PC (MS Office applications)
- well-groomed and self-confident appearance
- Flexibility and a high level of service orientation

pay
Remuneration is based on an hourly basis in accordance with KV Wachung, usage group B. The basic salary for 40 hours per week is Ø € 2,238 gross per month, excluding allowances.
