Physician microbiologist and epidemiologist Marc Sprenger will return to Suriname at the end of July to advise on acute corona care and the vaccination campaign against the corona virus. He does this at the request of President Chan Santokhi and in collaboration with the Surinamese Ministry of Health. Sprenger was also in Suriname in June to help the country tackle the virus. He will stay there for a maximum of three months.
