Summarized detikcom, Monday (13/3/2023), the reconstruction was held at the Green Permata Residence Complex, Ulujami, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta (Jaksel) at around 15.15 WIB on Friday, March 10 2023. Mario Dandy was presented in the re-enactment.
Dandy was seen wearing shoes during the reconstruction of the case. The police explained the origin of the shoes Dandy was wearing.
“Many asked during the reconstruction, why did MDS (Mario Dandy Satriyo) use shoes while Shane (the suspect) used sandals,” said Dirkrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi to reporters, Sunday (12/3).
Hengki said Dandy had worn the shoes some time before the reconstruction. The shoes apparently belonged to an investigator from Polda Metro Jaya.
“Those are the investigator’s shoes on behalf of Bripka Hary. The shoes belong to the investigator, lent to Mario to adjust to the actual situation,” said Kombes Hengki.
It is known that Mario Dandy used shoes when he abused David. David’s head was kicked and stepped on by Mario Dandy.
“Investigators can analyze whether the shoe is an instrumental crime (tool of crime) that can affect the fatality of the wound to the victim. So there should be no other perception,” explained Hengki.
