Good upside for Ferrari (+1,21%)on the day on which the shareholders’ meeting met to approve the 2022 financial statements.
Above parity generals (+0,27% a 18,89 euro). The insurance giant has placed a new Tier 2 security denominated in euros with a maturity of 20 April 2033, issued in a “green” format, for an amount of 500 million euros. During the placement of the new securities, orders amounting to 3.9 billion euro were received, more than 7 times the offer. The coupon has been fixed at 5.399%.
Positive intonation for Hera (+0,59% a 2,714 euro). The company announced that it has placed the second green bond and activated a new Sustainability-Linked Revolving Credit Facility. These transactions will allow the multi-utility to allocate more than one billion in loans to projects in favor of the green transition.
