Amazon, in an effort to increase efficiency, has developed new systems to save a few seconds on each delivery and to help customers make faster purchase choices, including new categories of products that are not many know them.
The company announced today, Wednesday, that it has added spotlights to its trucks to guide delivery workers to the packages that are expected to be delivered at each stop along the way.
The technology works by shining a green light on packages so that the delivery person does not have to spend precious seconds reading customer data cards on them.
