The Duo Package basically works the same way as the family package.
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BOGOR – Spotify introduces a new subscription for couples who live in the same house to share one subscription between two accounts. This subscription is called a package Spotify Premium Duo.
As reported by GSM Arena, Thursday (2/7), basically this subscription package is a family package version only for two people. For a monthly fee of 13 US dollars, two people can have their own separate accounts and do not have to deal with a broad recommendation algorithm with two different musical preferences.
The Duo Package basically works the same way as the family package. Spotify requires that users have the same address for all I involved.
As with family accounts, Spotify actually does not verify whether the two accounts really exist in one location as long as users fill in the same address for both.
The Duo Package is planned to get a Duo Mix, a curated playlist of things that both accounts like. Users and their partners can try listening to each other’s musical tastes. Users can also ignore it and keep listening to what they like.
