Spotify is offering an annual package for 999 rupees until December 31, 2020 (approx. € 11.15).
I can’t say much about Spotify, I’ve never used it … but I have YouTube about India and don’t notice any difference to before when I was still using Normal.
If you have any questions, please do not contact me … have no idea about Spotify.
So I don’t know whether it can be booked without VPN … just try it, then you will see if it works …
