“Sportsmen confined to the Gold Coast”: swimmers from the Dijon Swimming Alliance – K6FM

This period of confinement has upset the habits of many athletes. The cyclists got into the home trainer, the runners were able to train on a treadmill, but the situation is sometimes much more complicated in other disciplines, especially in swimming.

The Dijon Natation Alliance (ADN), the benchmark club of the Cité des Ducs, brings together more than 1,500 licensees, including people registered in leisure mode and competitors. There are nine young people who exercise at the Elite level (6 boys and 3 girls).

How have they trained since the start of this confinement period? While, for the moment, no date for the reopening of the Olympic swimming pool basin has been set.
