Heralds like “Dig!” and “The Game” has put us in the right mood, now the time has finally come: on September 23rd, the Sports Team will release their new album “Gulp!”. The London alternative rock group will be “Gulp!” also plays live in Germany in November. Thematically, the album revolves around issues that are on most people’s minds these days. These include, for example, environmental disasters or social media management.
“Sip!” follows their debut album, Deep Down Happy, released in 2020, which reached number 2 on the UK album chart and earned Sports Team a Mercury Prize nomination. The new album is available in various formats and will also be available on a strictly limited number of vinyls.
