Sports studio – Støre impressed with Norway

SOUTHAMPTON / OSLO (Dagbladet): Caroline Graham Hansen (27) played a solid match for Norway in the 4-1 victory over Northern Ireland in the European Championships on Thursday night.

Among other things, she had four tunnels in the same raid on the edge in the first half – and scored on a penalty kick. Afterwards, she was named the best player of the match.

– It is nice. We did not score any goals in the previous European Championship, so then that ball is dead. It was nice to get a win. It was a bit choppy in the second half, we concede a goal as well, but we just have to keep working. The most important thing is the three points and get a good start, and we managed that today, Graham Hansen says to TV 2 about the victory.

Norway lost all three matches in the 2017 European Championships – with an overall goal difference of 0-4.

Northern Ireland, for their part, made their debut in the European Championship play-offs.

– They have everything to gain, so there is a bit of excitement about what they bring. They fought all the way in, and they should be honored for that. Then it is a pity that we do not score any more goals, we deserved it, but all in all we should be happy that we win 4-1, says Graham Hansen.
