“For constitutional reasons, I consider a distinction between vaccinated, recovered or negative tested viewers to be problematic,” said the sports policy spokesman for the CDU / CSU parliamentary group, Eberhard Gienger, of the “Augsburger Allgemeine”. In his opinion, “vaccinated, recovered or negative tested spectators must be treated the same when entering the stadium,” demanded the CDU politician and advocated nationwide uniform rules for the start of the Bundesliga.
Similar to the former gymnastics world champion Gienger, the sports policy spokeswoman and chairwoman of the FDP parliamentary group in the sports committee, Britta Dassler, expressed herself.
