The Sports Judge Dr. Gerardo Mastrandrea, assisted by Stefania Ginesio and the AIA Representative Carlo Moretti, took the following decisions during the meeting of 28 September 2021:
CASO KOULIBALY
With reference to the choirs of a discriminatory nature against the footballer Koulibaly Kalidou; the sports court has taken note of the opening of a specific investigation procedure by the Federal Prosecutor’s Office aimed at ascertaining the facts and identifying the responsible subjects, reserving at the end of the procedure itself to adopt the consequent measures, where applicable.
SOCIETY
Fine of € 10,000: to the FIORENTINA company to have his supporters, during the match, chant insulting choruses of territorial origin towards the supporters of the opposing team.
Fine of € 5,000: to the company ATALANTA to have their supporters, during the match, sang vulgar chants towards the opposing supporters.
Fine of € 5,000: to the FIORENTINA company by way of strict liability, for having unjustifiably delayed both the start of the match and the start of the second half by about 5 minutes.
Fine of € 5,000: to the company MILAN to have their supporters during the first half, singing boorish choruses against the opposing supporters.
Fine of € 5,000: to the NAPLES company by way of strict liability, for having unjustifiably delayed both the start of the match and the start of the second half by about 5 minutes.

DISQUALIFICATION FOR TWO ACTUAL MATCH DAYS AND ADMONITION
ACERBI Francesco (Lazio): for protests against the match officials (First sanction); to have, at the 31st of the second half, at the time of the admonition, addressed to the Race Director insulting and offensive epithets.

STICKS Simone (Spezia): to have, at the 36th of the second half, with the ball not within playing distance, hit an opponent with an elbow.
