The Ministry of Sports and Physical Education (Minsep) has as its representative a certain Cyril Tollo. A character already quite well known in the middle of infrastructure sites in recent years. The man who is a technical adviser to the Minsep was part of the Task Force which controlled the markets and infrastructure projects undertaken within the framework of the organization of the African Cup of Nations (CAN) 2021 hosted by Cameroon. Even if he was seconded to the ministry in charge of sports, many have always seen this management expert as the eye of the Presidency of the Republic in these projects.

They will complete the team which so far only included its leader, namely Joseph Antoine Bell. The former Indomitable Lion was appointed Chairman of the Orientation Council in February 2023, and since then he has been waiting for his collaborators. They are there.

The Onies was created on August 17, 2022 by a presidential decree, a few months after the organization by Cameroon of the African Cup of Nations (CAN) 2021. This is to sustain and above all make profitable the infrastructures created in the occasion of this competition, that the Onies was created.
