In December 2019, all the staff of Olympique de Marseille went to Rove on the occasion of the signing of the partnership agreement between the two clubs. Jacques-Henri Eyraud was then accompanied by technical director Andoni Zurbizaretta, Nacer Larguet, Robert Nazaretian, Sébastien Perez and Frank Borrelli.
Since then, things have changed a lot on the side of OM, also the Olympians leaders want to reaffirm their attachment to the “Next generation” project by visiting partner clubs, which are more than twenty. On Wednesday, President Pablo Longoria therefore came to Rove where he was welcomed by the mayor, Georges Rosso, and the president of Olympique Rovenain (OR), Christian Rouzault.
The OM president was accompanied by three leaders who were already part of the trip in December 2019: Robert Nazaretian, advisor to the president, Nasser Larguet, head of the training center, and Franck Borelli, head of the “Next generation” project. Éric Schneider, president of the Provence district, Noël Manino, secretary general of the League (representing President Borghini) were also present.
Pablo Longoria reaffirmed his attachment to the project and to the training of young people in the region. This partnership recently materialized with two non-solicitation agreements for two Rovenan players, Lois Lacroix and Luca Perret.
