The sports development dialogue forum will take place on September 7th and 8th in Berlin. Register now and help shape the future of German sport.
Together with experts from sports, politics, science, business and foundations, we would like to exchange views on the latest topics in sports development on September 7th and 8th at the Hotel Oderberger in Berlin, discuss them together and learn with and from each other. Both days of the event are accompanied and shaped by the 17 goals for sustainable development.
On September 7, 2023, the focus will be on topics from the ReStart program – e.g. attracting and strengthening voluntary commitment and outdoor sports. Other topics such as the potential of sport for more social participation and community, the health megatrend or strengthening democracy through participation and encounters are also dealt with. From 6:00 p.m. there will be an event to honor the participants of the ReStart program. Afterwards we invite you to street food, drinks and a mutual exchange in the courtyard of the Hotel Oderberger.
On the following day (September 8th, 2023) we will take a look at Germany as a sporting nation and current sport-political issues, such as the sport development plan and the impact of a possible application for the Olympic & Paralympic Games on the fields of action of sport development.
Parallel to the content-related sessions, a market of opportunities invites you to stroll around and experience the world of sports development. In addition, various side events and sports offers await you for an active start to the day and as mobilization in between. In addition to barrier-free yoga, a sports box from the ReStart program is available in the nearby Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark for getting to know and testing.
