Sporting training sees Rúben Amorim summon seven young prospects.

This Thursday, Sporting continued training at the Academy’s professional wing, with Rúben Amorim once again calling up some elements from the secondary formations, namely from the B team and under-23s. According to information published by the club from Alvalade, the 38-year-old coach saw youngsters Miguel Menino, Rodrigo Marquês, João Ferreira, Jesús Alcantar, Francisco Canário, Chico Lamba and Lamarana Jallow up close, elements that had already been present in previous sessions throughout the week. In addition, in this morning’s training session, Sporting still did not count on Daniel Bragança and Héctor Bellerín, both being treated for their respective injuries. The green and white squad returns to training this Friday, starting at 10:30 am at the Academy, in a session that will feature a training game against Vilafranquense.
