More than 2000 members are organized here in the 14 departments of sports clubs. State championships and national competitions are held regularly in the sports of wrestling, acrobatics, track and field, ju-jutsu, handball, soccer, table tennis, judo, bowling, badminton, and Taucha city running. Sporting events are a trademark for Taucha, even beyond national borders.
In 2018 the Swim & Run took place for the 7th time in Parthebad.
