Sport Club Internacional concluded negotiations to announce the signing of defender Robert Renan. He signs a loan contract until December 2024.
The young defender was trained by Corinthians, debuted in the main team at the age of 18 and was traded to Zenit at the beginning of 2023. Last season, he played in Russian football, becoming national champion. He also won the Russian Super Cup, and was the scorer of the last goal in the penalty shootout, securing the cup for his team.
For the Brazilian national team, he represented the Under-18 team and was the captain of the Under-20 team in winning the South American Championship in the category, at the beginning of 2023. In March 2023, he was called up by Ramon Menezes for the main team, in friendly against Morocco.
