Sport – Bad Schandau – Sports clubs support fire brigade in Saxon Switzerland – Sport

Dresden (dpa) – Saxon sport supports the fire brigades in their fight against the devastating forest fires in Saxon Switzerland. On Friday, Sachsenlotto and the “TeamSportSachsen” initiative with representatives of the Dresden Monarchs, the Dresden Titans, the HC Elbflorenz, the Dresdner SC Volleyball and the Dresdner Eislöwen initiated a package campaign for the firefighters as well as rescue and emergency services. 1200 breakfast packages were packed for the upcoming weekend. Another delivery is planned for next week.

Third division football club Dynamo Dresden would also like to thank everyone involved. The club and the players donate non-alcoholic beverages worth 5,000 euros. In addition, all firefighters will be invited to one of the next home games in the Rudolf Harbig Stadium and to the “Film Nights on the Elbufer” free of charge. In addition, in cooperation with the dynamo outfitter (Umbro), clothing is made available to all helpers.
