Spit some blood | Forum breastfeeding

Hello my dears,

I’m a little confused right now. I have been breastfeeding my son since he was born (03/02/21). The correct milk penetration came only on March 4th, 21st. Breastfeeding is very, very painful for me. Crusts have already formed on both sides of the warts. I flinch in pain every time, the little one always pulls hard on his chest. The pain also radiates from my left chest to the back as soon as it starts, and then it goes again.

Tonight I fed him as usual and then briefly put him down. Suddenly I discover light blood on the changing mat. His cheek was not wet, only his left shoulder was a bit damp (probably the imprint of the liquid on the changing pad). I also didn’t see that he spat. The little one smiles, does not scream, sleeps calmly and does not spit. The bowel movement is also normal.

Did someone have that too? What could that be exactly? I squeezed out the milk a little on both breasts, but the milk is clear ..

I have attached a picture to you. Should I go to the doctor right away? The little one makes a healthy impression.
