Material:
Cooking oil
5 duck eggs
2 spring onions, sliced
turmeric leaf, bone removed, thinly sliced
2 tbsp grated coconut, roasted
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper

Seasoning, Puree:
4 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
5 large red chilies
5 pieces of red chili
2 cm turmeric, roasted

How to make:
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Remove, let cool.

Mix the eggs, stir-fry ground spices, scallions, turmeric leaves, grated coconut, rice flour, salt, and pepper. Beat until well blended.

In a deep frying pan, heat 150 ml of cooking oil. Pour the egg mixture, cook until half cooked over low heat. Carefully turn the eggs over, cook until cooked on both sides. Lift. Serve immediately.
