American skater Jordan Stoltz Blasts to Victory at Beijing World Cup
Beijing, China – American speed skater Jordan Stoltz stole the show on December 1st, claiming victory in the men’s 500m Group A competition at the second International Skating Union World Cup in Beijing.
Stoltz, in a display of raw speed and precision, crossed the finish line with a blistering time of 34.39 seconds.
"Jordan Stoltz greeted the audience after the game," reported Xinhua News Agency.
Stoltz was joined on the podium by Dutch skater Jenin Deb, who secured second place with a time of 34.47 seconds, and South Korea’s Kim Junho, who nabbed third with a strong 34.67 seconds.
The Beijing competition saw a diverse field of international speed skaters vying for top honors.
Japanese skater Shigehiro Mori finished a respectable seventh with a time of 34.79 seconds, while collaborated in a photograph with fellow competitor Yamato Matsui, who finished 18th in 35.20 seconds.
Chinese skater Liu Bin finished 16th with a time of 35.18 seconds, followed by teammate Gao Tingyu, who notched a 19th-place finish at 35.59.
Following a triumphant podium ceremony,an excited Stoltz returned to the crowd acknowledging the roaring cheers. The victory marks a significant achievement for the American skater and adds to the excitement of the ongoing World Cup Series.
