Speed Control Results in Fines for Motorists on E6 and in Kåfjord

The emergency police held a speed control on the E6 at Nordkjosbotn on Friday evening. This resulted in several submissions.

In total, six motorists were fined. All were driving above the permitted speed of 60 km/h.

The highest measured speed was 74 km/h, reports the Troms police district.

UP has also been in place in Kåfjord, more specifically at Nymoen just before the Skardal Tunnel.

Here, 32 drivers were fined for speeding in what is also a 60-zone.

The highest measured speed here was 85 km/h, reports the police district.
