Federal police officers Thorsten Falke (Wotan Wilke Möhring) and Julia Grosz (Franziska Weisz) were on the trail of a Russian family in the “Tatort: Power of the Family”. In addition to the track, however, there were the audience, depending on the bad tone of the crime thriller.
While Til Schweiger actually has a certain reputation – at times he is accused of having a lot of mumbling – it was the Hamburg team of colleagues around Möhring and Weisz who were accused of indistinct pronunciation.
“What is it actually about?”
On Twitter, quite a few viewers talked about the “sound problem”. “What is it actually about? 15 minutes and I didn’t understand a word,” writes one user, for example. Another says: “I find the ‘crime scene’ exciting, but I don’t understand anything. Also purely acoustic.” Another person jokes: “Hopefully we will find out who killed the mixer.” “Why are they all talking so indistinctly and quickly?” Someone asks.
Some viewers also joke about the similarity to Til Schweiger. “And somewhere Til Schweiger laughs and thinks: ‘Haha, how they mumble, I don’t understand a word’.” One spectator came up with a special theory: “What if Tschiller is not mumbling at all, but rather because of the Hamburg sound people?”
Since 2013, Schweiger has been investigating as Nikolas “Nick” Tschiller at the Hamburg LKA in the area of organized crime / narcotics. His partner is Yalcin Gümer, played by Fahri Yardim. The team has been on the scene six times so far. No crime thriller with this team is planned for 2021. Instead, Möhring and Weisz determine as Falke and Grosz.
