Leipzig The top game of the Bundesliga is to take place with fans in the stadium despite the rising incidence values: According to a media report, 999 spectators are to be admitted to the game of record champions Bayern Munich in Leipzig.

According to a media report, there are plans for the admission of fans for the top match in the Bundesliga between RB Leipzig and FC Bayern Munich on April 3 (6.30 p.m. / Sky). As the “Sportbuzzer” reported on Sunday evening, 999 spectators should be allowed into the stadium.

Leipzig’s Lord Mayor Burkhard Jung should therefore announce the model test on Monday (10:00 a.m.) at a press conference. Prerequisites should be quick tests, a special access control and the distribution of seats in the A block of the Red Bull Arena. RB did not want to comment on Sunday evening on request.

It would be the first Bundesliga game with spectators since the beginning of the second lockdown at the end of 2020. On Saturday, fans were allowed to play a professional club again for the first time: 777 spectators saw Hansa Rostock’s third division game in the stadium.
