Lifeguards on central Burgas seashore took on the purpose of policemen and caught an highly-priced cellphone thief. The accident happened on Saturday afternoon. The thief exploited people’s haste to steal the precious object, without having suspecting that he would be captured, and his seize would even be documented on online video.
