The Equestrian and Racing Federation concluded the second specialized international course in stable management, which it organized in cooperation with the International Federation from September 14 to 16 at the Boudhib Academy in the Al Khatm area in Abu Dhabi.
The session witnessed 26 participants from equestrian clubs, specialized centers and stables for equestrian sports.
Irishman Anthony Lowry, an expert specializing in stable management at the International Federation, reviewed the most prominent developments in equestrianism and keeping pace with developments globally in accordance with the directions of the International Federation.
Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, President of the Equestrian and Racing Federation, confirmed that the course is in line with the Federation’s development trends, to improve the capabilities of specialists, and to inform them of the great development witnessed by equestrian sports globally, to enhance the UAE’s leadership, and to confirm its prominent role in interest in equestrianism.
Al-Raisi added that the coming period will witness more specialized courses in cooperation with the International Federation, to empower national cadres and enhance their major role in development.
The course participants praised the efforts of the Equestrian and Racing Federation in holding the course, and its keenness to have Irish expert Anthony Lowry present, due to the importance of the level of the course and its pivotal role in keeping pace with the latest global developments in equestrian sports.
