Specialist (m/f/d) Product Management and Organization of Renewable Energy Credit This is what your role as a Specialist (m/f/d) Product Management and Organization of Renewable Energy Credit involves: Documentation and optimization: You document, model and optimize the products in your department for the granting of sustainable and ecological credit. In doing so, you take into account the demands of our customers as well as the needs of the employees. Product responsibility: As (partial) product manager (m/f/d), you efficiently implement market-related and regulatory requirements. Innovative development: Together with your colleagues, you develop ideas for new products and processes as part of the new product process and support the introduction and permanent further development of existing concepts. Project representation: You represent the department in cross-departmental or bank-wide projects. Cooperation: You work closely with the department head and colleagues from other departments. This is what you bring with you: Completed university degree or apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d) with further training as a bank specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification Experience in the credit industry and initial experience in the process, product and/or project environment Strong conceptual competence as well as creativity and a passion for innovation for the development of new product ideas and processes Knowledge in the field of banking regulation and the field of renewable energies IT affinity and experience in using MS Office products and common project management tools Negotiating skills and assertiveness Strong identification with the values of UmweltBank Who we are: We are Germany’s green bank.
