Your main tasks

• Specialist support for assigned customers including development of contract concepts and preparation of premium and performance comparisons

nt

• Processing of claims (reporting, monitoring, control, settlement)

nt

• Revision of our customers’ policies (periodic tenders and renewals)

nt

• Checking and recalculating documents such as policies, premium invoices, statements, declarations, etc.

nt

• Technical support for our account managers and advice to private clients on insurance issues in the relevant sectors (such as MF, MFF, RSV, Assistance, Household)

What we require for this task

nn

• Commercial apprenticeship EFZ with further training (VBV / professional certificate / HF) in insurance or related intentions

nt

• Min. 3 years of experience in general insurance and preferably in the motor vehicle sector (consulting, claims processing, case processing)

nt

• Very good oral and written expression in German

nt

• Good user knowledge of the central applications of Microsoft 365

nt

• Enjoyment in dealing with customers and employees (ability to work in a team)

nt

• Negotiating skills with insurance companies
