Your tasks
Planning and organization of the demand-oriented and goal-oriented AWA educational offer, including contract management and quality assurance
Assessment of needs, conception and further development of educational offers, including blended learning design in cooperation with the line and course instructors
Conception and creation of digital learning media
Advice and support for course instructors and internal departments in developing and using digital forms of teaching and learning
First point of contact for information and advice for employees and managers
Ensuring future-oriented vocational training in the AWA with currently 12 apprentices, in close cooperation with the personnel office

your profile
Well-founded training in adult education and further training in the field of learning technologies or digital education
Proven work experience and conceptual understanding in blended learning and content creation
Basic knowledge of digital technologies and experienced handling of digital media
Excellent planning and organizational skills, good expression and dialogue skills with stylish German as well as holistic thinking and acting
