Specialist Coordinator Insurance and Contributions (m / f / d)
Your tasks with us will be:
– Organize and control the contribution, reporting and insurance service area
– Improving methods and procedures
– Determine the needs of the insured with regard to the scope and performance of the insurance,
– Design and continuously review the supervision principles, service instructions, etc. in coordination with the board of directors.
– Ensure uniform implementation of contribution and insurance law for the BKK.
– Check and reorganize work processes. Develop solutions.
– Decide on applications in individual cases
– Regularly monitor the processing of insurance and premium cases and assess difficult and / or complex cases.
– Advice to BKK members on special social insurance matters, including supplementary pensions.
– Process contradictions.
– Implementation of seminars on the turn of the year for HR
– Monitoring of legislative changes, as well as implementation and introduction of the same
– Contact person as an expert for HR in all questions about social security and consultant for implementation
– Data protection coordinator
– Implement compensation fund for employers’ continued payment insurance
Your qualifications:
– Health insurance business economist
– at least 3 years of professional experience
– In-depth knowledge of the 21_C software
– In-depth knowledge of common office applications
– good foreign language skills
