“We have changed the mechanism for issuing special passes for transport. From now on it can be done online. Those enterprises and organizations that provide the city’s life will be able to use them,” the message says.
It was noted that the heads of enterprises can already log in to the system and submit an application in order to pass the necessary verification in advance and obtain permission.
So, to order special passes, heads of enterprises and individual entrepreneurs need:
- log in to the system https://qpass.kyivcity.gov.ua using CEP (Qualified Electronic Signature). The manager can add up to 10 trusted persons who will have access to the system;
- fill out the electronic application form… Important: Businesses need to justify the critical need for lockdown. For legal entities, it is necessary to indicate the EDRPOU code, for individuals-entrepreneurs – types of activities in accordance with the Classifier of Economic Activities;
- wait for the response that comes to the emailspecified in the application. In case of receiving a positive decision on the issuance of special passes, enter a complete list of employees, indicate the data and number of the “Kiev Digital” transport card for each employee.
It is indicated that information on confirmation or refusal to issue special passes each employee can be obtained in the system https://qpass.kyivcity.gov.ua.
How to use a special pass when receiving a positive decision.
If the company has received permission, after entering the data about the employee, the employee’s transport card is activated automatically.
To use public transport, the employee must have a transport card.
An employee will be able to check the availability of a special pass on his own by downloading the Kiev Digital application to his smartphone and adding a transport card.
Three types of cards will work:
- transport card of a new type;
- old-style transport card;
- Kiev citizen’s card.
The Kyiv City State Administration adds that transport cards, the owners of which did not receive the right to a special pass, for the duration of the lockdown will be blocked.
