The operation began on Monday morning

They detained 10 people, suspected of participating in an organized criminal group that recruited people “with the aim of being used for the removal of human tissue – blood and blood components”. The action began on Monday morning in Sofia.

According to the investigators, the acts were committed for profit. In the course of the campaign, searches and seizures of items and documents were made from five addresses. Witnesses are questioned – both donors and people who paid for blood.
