He specified that in addition to the guarantees mentioned above, SOCOA has a dynamic team for permanent monitoring of policyholders in the event of a disaster. These are available until 11 p.m. SOCOA has also set up, he added, a garage to speed up the repair of their policyholders’ machines in the event of a disaster. For him, these advantages are unmatched in the sphere of motorcycle insurance offered in Burkina Faso. Especially with regard to the assistance of the insured.
This is why he invited users of two-wheeled vehicles to massively subscribe to this SOCOA pack. This is especially true since, he revealed, “out of 100 accidents that occur in urban areas, there are more than 4 killed, 69 injured and more than 2 people die per day following a traffic accident. Road traffic and motorcyclists are the most affected victims unfortunately without insurance coverage.
Furthermore, Mr. Ki recalled that the vocation, if not the objective, of SOCOA is to “reduce distances and offer each client a suitable and secure insurance solution; represent and defend the interests of its clients with partner insurance companies in the event of a claim, develop and retain its clientele while coordinating a dynamic monitoring team to facilitate claims management; offer various coverages aimed at taking care of reimbursements and other compensation that may eventually occur in an individual’s life.
