Nikita Mikhalkov has been generating a good deal of loud and controversial statements lately. Some of his statements spark public criticism and some even remind the director of his wealthy earlier.
For illustration, he a short while ago prompt not sending Russian movies to Hollywood Oscars. But not absolutely everyone agreed with this place.
How it transmits Blitz +, board member of the Guild of Russian Movie Critics David Shneiderov commented on Mikhalkov’s phrases. He did not share his feeling of him and stated that participation in the American award is vital to keep on being in the environment film process.

Remember that the director obtained a film award in 1995 as “Very best foreign language movie”.
