None of this would be possible without Dolby Atmos technology, the principle of which consists of an application of directional filters as well as frequency modulation. Getting caught up in a movie or series will be child’s play. In addition, it has already been possible to observe the quality of Dolby Atmos in a Lucid Air car.
Apple argues that the role of these directional filters will be to bring the sound from “virtually anywhere”. In other words, it will become very easy to move in a space without feeling any sound variation.
Netflix had started testing the feature in January. Of course, to enjoy this setting, it is necessary to have a pair of AirPods pro or AirPods max. These devices, originally simple headphones, have become real technological gems. The option will appear, when available, in the control center of the phone or tablet.
