Thunderstorms are common in Abroncsváros. Pecek takes the lightning rods invented by Szikra for cars when Szikra is busy with his work. Szikra follows Pecek to the Quadrupole racetrack, where he meets Harry, who also went to scout the track. The two start racing in the storm. Spark discovers the secret of speed, forestalls a thunderstorm, and discovers that he doesn’t need a lightning rod.
