Earlier this week, the Spanish YouTube chef Daniel Sancho Bronchalo (29) was arrested on the Thai island of Kho Pha-Ngan, accused of killing his girlfriend.
According to The Telegraph killed Sancho’s 44-year-old lover, Edwin Arrieta Arteaga, before cutting off his head and throwing it into the sea.

The chef then admits to having pushed the 44-year-old, so he hit his head on a rock and died.
