In the coastal region of Catalonia with Barcelona, ​​where about 7.5 million people live, companies are being called upon to let employees work from home for the next 15 days. Minister of Health Josep Maria Argimon also asked universities to teach online during that period.

Argimon said his region could go after Madrid without any measures. The region with the Spanish capital is one of the largest corona fires in Europe.
