He added, “With regard to racist behavior, we in La Liga have been fighting it for years. He receives all this because he is a great player, and the greats always receive the most insults. I did not intend to criticize him, but I wanted to explain the procedures.”
Tebas continued, “We are against all the insults that are directed. Roberto Carlos, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi have been subjected to a number of insults. Because of the efforts of the League and the work team, we decided that this should disappear, within the limits of the few powers that we had.”
Tebas God indicated that he did not speak to Vinicius after the incident, but he understands that he feels frustrated “because he does not understand the powers,” and admitted that he also feels “very frustrated,” because he understands the matter, and “there are no solutions.”
The La Liga president confirmed that we will continue to fight legally, so that those who insult us are put in prison, adding that “This is why we want powers. With the powers, we are sure that we will solve this problem within 6 months. It is easier than economic control.
