Yeremy Pino entered the notebooks of big clubs with his performances for Villarreal FC. A Premier League club could soon get serious.

Yeremy Pino is one of the greatest attacking talents in Spanish football. The 19-year-old has already made 88 official appearances for Villarreal, scoring 15 goals and providing six assists.

His performances earned him his debut in the Spanish national team a year ago. Luis Enrique left the leash on the right outside a total of six times, the most recent in Spain’s important 1-0 away win against Portugal with superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.

Pino, born in Las Palmas, signed a long-term contract until 2027 shortly after his debut with the Seleccion, but very few observers believe the young man will stay with the yellow submarine for that long.

Villarreal are waving 80 million euros for Yeremy Pino

Chelsea are interested in Yeremy Pino, according to The Telegraph. The price for the shooting star would be tough: his exit clause is 80 million euros, for less Villarreal would not give up their most valuable professional (market value: 40 million euros according to Transfermarkt.de).

Yeremy to replace Mason Mount?

Chelsea are rumored to be looking at Yeremy as a possible successor to Mason Mount. The planned extension of the contract with the Italian plant is currently suspended. Apparently, the Blues fear a farewell to the England international.

Given that his contract expires in 2024, a sale at the end of the 2022/2023 season would be the last chance to really cash in on the striker. According to media reports, Manchester United showed interest in an engagement last summer. Real Madrid has also been linked to the European runner-up.
