Spanish fidalgo extends contract with america de mexico until 2026

mexico city, jan 20 (reuters) – spanish midfielder álvaro fidalgo signed the renewal of his contract with america on friday that will keep him with the mexican club until 2026.

Fidalgo arrived at the “Águilas” del América in 2021 from Castellón in the second division of Spain, where he also played with the clubs Real Madrid Castilla and Rayo Majadahonda.

“The coming years will be full of magic! Álvaro Fidalgo renews with the Águilas del América until 2026,” the club published on its social networks.

Since his arrival at América, Fidalgo has recorded nine goals in 74 games.

“America gave me an incredible opportunity two years ago, to play in the first division and do great things, now the only thing I can do to be thankful is to win titles. The renewal was very easy, a matter of days and I’m very happy,” said Fidalgo.
