From surfing to handcuffs in seconds. A girl was arrested while in the water at Zurriola Beach, Spain. The young woman, who would have tested positive for Covid-19, should have been in quarantine at home. The police tracked her down while she was in the water and after chasing her handcuffed her to the ground and took her away. The treatment reserved for the girl, accused of civil disobedience, has divided the social networks, between those who approve why she should have stayed at home and those who criticize the police for intimidating the young woman and the bathers.
