Spanish forces have found the body of a baby on the bottom of the Carrión river. The National Police in Palencia announced this on Monday. The 23-year-old mother and her 29-year-old partner were arrested, a spokesman said. The two are suspected of having thrown the boy into a river near Palencia shortly after birth.
