Baby Bobtail Squid and tardigrades, also known as water bears, will travel to orbital outposts to help researchers answer some of the key questions about spaceflight.
If all goes according to plan, the CRS-2 mission misi Spacex will launch from Pad 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, Florida on Thursday June 3 at 1:29 p.m. according to page Space.
The bobtail squid (Euprymna scolopes) will be one of various research and cargo experiments scheduled for delivery to the ISS. These squid are interesting organisms because they glow in the dark thanks to special organs in their ink sacs.
