There are no two without three… and hopefully the third one will be for good. After two failed attempts, SpaceX, owned by the North American Elon Musk, will launch again, this Wednesday, the “most powerful rocket ever”.

This Wednesday, when it is 12pm in Lisbon, the SpaceX de Elon Musk will again (try to) launch the “super-rocket” Starshipafter two failed attempts.

Musk has the dream of take astronauts to the Moon and Marsthrough Starship – “the most powerful rocket ever”, as he calls it.

However, the “powerful” rocket has failed in its tests: in the first one, in April last year, the rocket exploded a few minutes after takeoff; on the second attempt, in November, the same thing happened again.

In the last launch, the North American Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) required 63 fixes to SpaceX, in relation to the first – but even so, there were things that failed.

Despite everything, the second release was a little longer lasting, having even surpassed the linha de Kármán – which marks the beginning of the space. However, the self-destruct safeguard was later activatedas the ship stopped sending data.

The company knows that this third attempt will probably fail again, but It is from mistakes that SpaceX learns and evolves.

The main objective of the aerospace company is test mechanisms that guarantee safety and reliability in future long-range missions with humans.

SpaceX announced that it will be broadcast live on its channels online, from 11:30 am, in Lisbonand 07:30 local time, at SpaceX’s Starbase in Texas, United States of America.

A noise and environmental pollution This is once again a concern for the neighborhood, which has seen and heard the “impact” of the explosions from previous launches.
