SpaceX Makes History with First Commercial Crew Spacewalk on Polaris Dawn Mission

MERAHPUTIH.COM – SPACEX we made history on Tuesday (27/8). The company created by Elon Musk aims to launch a new mission for operations in outer space (separate actions/ EVA) or something called spacewalk. This is the first commercial mission in history.

As reported BETWEEN On Tuesday (28/8), four civilians took part in the launch of the mission, named Polaris Dawn. They are scheduled to take off on Tuesday at 03.38 Eastern Time (or 14.38 WIB) from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

This is the first human spaceflight for the team, which includes mission pilot Kidd Poteet, mission specialist Sarah Gillis, and mission specialist and medical staff Anna Menon.

SpaceX said the crew and Dragon spacecraft, in their journey of several days in orbit, will attempt to reach the highest flight to reach Earth orbit since the Apollo program. They will take part in the first commercial space flight in history.

They will also conduct 36 research studies and experiments from 31 partner institutions designed to improve human health on Earth as well as testing Starlink laser-based communications in space.
