Space-saving tips for storing glass jars – A convenient and efficient method

September 25 – NVL. Not every housewife knows how to save space on shelves and at the same time carefully store glass jars out of season.

Many Russian housewives are busy preparing for the winter. They have a large number of jars stored at home. It is not possible to place them conveniently on shelves. If you place cans in several rows, they will fall when you open the cabinet and may break.

If you put the cans in one row, then there will be a lot of unused space in the closet. Such storage of cans is irrational and inconvenient. But there is another way. With it, the cans will be neatly arranged on the shelves, will not take up much space, and will also remain clean as a bonus.

The method was revealed by analysts of the channel in Zen “BUILDER’S BLOG”. To place cans on shelves in a convenient way, you need to use thick cling film.

You need to take one jar and wrap it vertically with film in several layers. Next, add another one to it, and also wrap everything in several layers of film. Then one more, and repeat the steps.

This way you can wrap up to 9 cans in one batch. The last step is to wrap the necks of the cans with film. This way they will be kept clean and dust and dirt will not get inside.

To make it more convenient and compact to place jars on shelves, the resulting “packages” can be placed on their sides, leaning them on the back wall of the cabinet. In front of the cans you can place the little things you need around the house.

Cans wrapped in film will be more stable; they will not jump out of the cabinet when the door is suddenly opened. The film will also help increase their resistance to splitting.
